The TELEGROUT® touchscreen control system replaces all the analog desktop control panels for the entire grouting system with easy to read, easy to control touchscreen monitors.
The TELEGROUT® touchscreen system is comprised of a Programmable Logic Control (PLC) Center which contains all the electronics used to control and monitor the entire grouting system including a WIFI transceiver for remote operation. Also included are two ruggedized LCD/HMI touchscreen monitors: a 15" min. (381 mm) touchscreen monitor located at the main control desk and a 7" (178 mm) sunlight readable touchscreen (1000 NIT/IP65) monitor located at the rear of the vehicle next to the reel assemblies. The TELEGROUT® system also includes a laptop computer to control the grouting operation from a remote location (50' to 100' range).
Both monitors and the laptop computer have identical, easy to read, easy to control displays with three separate screens: VariPump System, Packer Control and Winch/Reel.
A manual Winch/Reel controller is included to override the touchscreen controls if necessary.
Modifying the touchscreen display features, reprogramming and troubleshooting can be accomplished with the laptop computer and a phone call to the Telespector® Corporation.
