Grout Pumps
The Vari-Pump system is a variable-ratio grout pumping system designed to pump and proportion two components of a chemical grout at pressures up to 500 PSI and volumes up to 6 GPM.

The pumping system consists of two positive displacement pumps. The pumps are separated from the motors to prevent contamination of the motors by corrosive or abrasive products. The pumps are capable of pumping chemical grouts with viscosity's ranging from 1 to 1200 centipoise. The output volume of each pump is adjustable to achieve mix ratios from 1:1 to 10:1. All wetted parts and seals are made from materials compatible with the pumped product e.g. stainless steel and compatible plastics.

The pumps have no seals, packings or cups. Pumps are capable of pumping fluids with various admixtures and can run dry without damage.

Each pump is equipped with two, three-way valves that allow the operator to easily select either water or grout to be pumped to the hose reel or to the grout tanks for system flushing or recirculation.
