Grout Tanks
A dual 30-gallon tank assembly is supplied to hold and mix grouting solutions. The tanks are made from translucent plastic and all fittings are resistant to corrosive materials. Each tank includes a self-vented, slosh proof lid (100 sq. in min opening), internal removable filter screen, tank capacity gauge (1/2" gal. increments min.) and the necessary fittings and hoses needed to connect to the pump.
Each tank is equipped with an electric mixer. All wetted parts are constructed of non-corrosive materials. The mixers are used to thoroughly mix the chemical components and to keep inert fillers in suspension when added to the chemical tanks. Each tank is backlit with an LED strip light to illuminate the liquid level of each tank.
GROUT TANK WATER FILL SYSTEM with EZ FLUSH:
The water fill system will allow the operator to fill both grout tanks simultaneously. The water enters at the bottom of each grout tank to eliminate the possibility of splashing while filing. The EZ FLUSH system will allow the operator to flush out the entire grouting system (except grout tanks) with fresh water, minimizing spillage inside the vehicle, while recovering the unused grout solution to the grout tanks for future use or disposal.
